Lerwick Fish traders have planning permision for an extension of their building on the west shore of Lerwick harbour and required a high-resolution images to make clear the effects on the surrounding areas of land.

CAD drawings of the building and new road layouts were imported and re-worked in 3d before being aligned to match the supplied aerial photo

The detailed textures and materials were then built up from this and otyher photos used to texture the 3d elements.
These were then composited on the high resoluton photo and a large amount of painting carried out to make the joins seemless and add further detail to the images

The completed image, including various versions with a graphical display of information was supplied to the client on CD.
